    Lush Lunar | The Unfolding — Participation Terms

    By joining The Unfolding membership, you agree to the following regarding live or pre-recorded ceremonies, meditations, and energy practices.

    1. Responsibility

    All practices—including light language, sound healing, Reiki, or meditations—are for personal growth. Participation is at your own risk and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

    2. Health & Safety

    • You confirm you have sought medical advice for any conditions affecting your ability to participate safely.

    • Practices are not advised for those currently experiencing unmanaged psychosis, unmanaged schizophrenia, or unstable altered-state conditions unless cleared by a qualified professional.

    • Known contraindications include: carotid stenosis, cardiac pacemakers, artificial heart valves, arrhythmias, stents, shunts, DBS devices, epilepsy, or pregnancy (especially first trimester or high-risk).

    • You are responsible for assessing your own safety.

    3. Cacao & Substances

    • Lush Lunar does not provide cacao; any use is at your discretion.

    • Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.

    4. Conduct

    • Treat all members with respect; maintain confidentiality.

    • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour may result in removal without refund.

    5. Technology & Recordings

    • You are responsible for your device, internet, and software.

    • Lush Lunar is not liable for missed sessions due to technical issues.

    • Sessions may be recorded and posted within the membership for future access, and recordings may also be used on social media or for promotional purposes. Sensitive personal shares or identifying information will not be included in public or promotional recordings without your explicit consent.

    • By participating, you consent to this use. It is your responsibility to manage your own privacy (e.g., turn off your camera, use a pseudonym, or avoid sharing personal information) if you do not wish to appear in recordings or have identifying contributions included.

    6. Liability

    • Lush Lunar and facilitators are not liable for injuries, mental or emotional responses, or any outcomes.

    • By participating, you assume full responsibility for your engagement.

    7. Acceptance

    By joining, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and acknowledge all risks.
